Reservations
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If you have booked via a 3rd party agent, please contact them directly to cancel your stay.
I would like to stay a little longer. Can I add additional nights?
Please contact us directly to add additional nights to your stay. If you have already reserved an extra night (preferrably by booking direct), please contact us so we can arrange the bedroom allocation.
Do you have the option for an extra beds?
Unfortunately at Boutique Hotel 43 we do not have the options for additional beds or baby beds.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking.
Do I have to provide my credit card information when making a reservation?
All reservations must be paid in advance. For non-refundable reservations, payment will be taken at the time of booking and for flexible reservations payments will be taken 2 days prior to arrival. No pre-authorisation is made.

What is City Tax and when will it be charged?
A €7,54 per person per night City Tax charge is added to your stay. This is payable upon arrival to the hotel.

What time is check-in?
Check in is from 15.00 and the check-out time is at 11.00.
Boutique Hotel 43 works with a functional (self)check-in procedure. Even though we do not have a front desk on site, we will always do our utmost to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible After booking a room with us you will receive an email with all the (self) check-in details.

How does the digital check-in work?
Since we have no on-site staff at the hotel, you can check in with us. Don’t worry: It’s easy & we tested it with our parents and grandparents. You can do it!
Download the DirectKey smartphone app from Onity (Android / iOS). Load it onto your smartphone and enter your access code. (You will receive this in the booking confirmation). When you are at the hotel, activate Bluetooth, choose the lock on the app and hold your smartphone close to the lock. Your room or entrance door will be opened.
Even if this description has gotten a bit longer: It is really very intuitive and simple and you will be able to check in easily. And if something really doesn’t work, we are always available for you.

Why isn't there any staff in the hotel?
Whenever you travel, it is quite common to you that you do the check-in and boarding at the airport with your smartphone, you navigate through cities with your smartphone, rent a car or bike with your smartphone and even when staying at an Airbnb, you do most of the stuff with your smartphone.
Not so when staying at a hotel, right? Well, think again. Of course, when you check-in, open your room and check-out with your smartphone, you do a lot of work for us and thus save us money. We re-invest this saved money in things, we care about and think that you might also appreciate them.

There is plenty of free parking outside Boutique Hotel 43. No reservation is required for parking.

We love all pets. But unfortunately our hotel is not pet friendly.
Do you have dining facilities?
Boutique Hotel 43 does not have a restaurant.
Is smoking allowed in your hotel?
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. Our hotel is 100% smoke free.
Is Boutique Hotel 43 accessible for the disabled or people with walking difficulties?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building our hotel is not wheelchair friendly. We do have three rooms on the ground floor with walk-in showers. Please contact us directly to book and reserve a ground floor room or to find out further information.
